2. Booking and Payment:

a. To book our services, a non-refundable advance payment is required.

b. Full payment must be made as per the terms decided in the project scope.

c. Payments can be made through the approved payment methods.

 

3. Project Timeline:

a. The project timeline will be mutually agreed upon before commencement.

b. Delays caused by unforeseen circumstances will be communicated promptly.

 

4. Intellectual Property:

a. Powerweave Studio retains the intellectual property rights of all produced content until full payment is received.

b. Upon full payment, clients are granted the right to use the content for the agreed-upon purposes.

 

5. Revisions:

a. A specific number of revisions are included in the project scope.

b. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

 

6. Cancellations:

a. Cancellations must be communicated in writing.

b. The client is responsible for any costs incurred up to the cancellation point.

 

7. Confidentiality:

Powerweave Studio ensures the confidentiality of client information and project details.

 

8. Client Responsibilities:

a. Clients are responsible for providing necessary information, approvals, and feedback in a timely manner.

b. Any delays caused by the client may impact the project timeline.

 

9. Quality Assurance:

a. Powerweave Studio is committed to delivering high-quality creative content.

b. In the rare event of dissatisfaction, concerns should be communicated promptly for resolution.

 

10. Termination:

a. Either party may terminate the contract in writing due to a material breach of terms.

b. Upon termination, the client is liable for any work completed until that point.
